Many people like to know a little about the company behind the products they buy, so we'll use this page to provide you with information about our business philosophy, history of Company Profile Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service, formed by branching off from Sunbelt Coffee Time of Ohio, Delivery Service into an Internet, mail order delivery Coffee Service. We are providers of multiple national brands of coffee in different quantities for individuals to office coffee services in the United States and aboard. Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service is also the only provider of National brands of coffee with multi size coffee packaging in the variety of coffee sold. Our Business Philosophy Our business is our customers because our customers are our business! It is hard enough to get a customer but keeping them should not be, all we have to do is to keep our word. The things that we promise we DO. If we are not sure of something, we tell you and then we do our best to try to find the answer. If we cannot find the answer right away, we let you know that we are still trying. We do not keep you waiting to hear from us. YOU ARE OUR BUSINESS and we treat you as such. Without YOU, we would not be here. Why we run our business the way we do Our coffee service is dedicated to the production of good quality, inexpensive products, namely coffee. We roast our coffee from special beans and have it shipped straight to your home or office. We want our customers to keep coming back not only for the best coffee on the market but also for the best service on the market, and we want to say thank you to all of our customers for being our customers and say welcome to all of our new customers. Our Company Our parent company was started By Mr. General Kimbrough over 20 years ago by working for another coffee service in Atlanta, Georgia as a one person operation. He worked as a door-to-door sales representative selling coffee to large and small businesses for three years. When illness fell upon his family, he had to return home and as such brought some of this very coffee home. While at home his family started drinking this new coffee (Sunbelt) and fell in love with it. After a death in the family, he went back to Georgia to talk to the owners of the Georgia office about starting his own distributorship in Ohio. They agreed and he started his distributorship right here in Ohio and called it "Sunbelt Coffee Time of Ohio Delivery Service." His service delivers to offices, hospitals and more in the state of Ohio.
Six years after being back in Ohio, Mr. Kimbrough ran into an old friend he had not seen in a number of years and they began to talk. This person's name is Debra Glinsey (me). After a few meetings, I convinced him that I would like to run my own coffee service on the web if he would just give me a chance. So he sold me a distributorship and I brought it to the web to make it easier for more people to find and benefit from this wonderful product we call, Sunbelt and named it Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service Why we started this Company
We are a Home AND Office coffee service. We ship to homes, individuals, home offices as well as business offices. This company was started for two reasons: 1) To get potential clients to try our Sunbelt Coffee 2) To serve the individual coffee lover. It's true that we have more home clients than office clients, and that's part of our reason for being, so you the home owner, single individual, and small home office as well as business offices can buy from us. So that any human being can order their coffee, coffee products and accessories from us and not have worry about being turned way. Here, you can place a small order of just 10 packages of coffee up to and/or an entire case or more. My goal was and is to offer a service where anyone can purchase all the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cappuccino and accessories needed without having to spend a fortune to get them. We have what you want, when you want it, and you can always find all your coffee needs here. I'll never forget this elderly woman named Estelle. She called me one day about 4 years ago and asked me if I carry a coffee called MJB Classic. She said that she had been looking for this coffee for about 6 months because her local stores no longer carried it. I told her I certainly do. She wanted to know if she could purchase some and I told her she certainly can. She said that she had called a lot of places that carry the coffee but since she wasn't a business, they would not sell to her. I told her that this was one of the main reason that our company was started and named Sunbelt Home and Office Service. Sunbelt, for our specially blended coffee only available to our customers and Home and Office Coffee Service because that is what we do, we sell to both homes and offices. The she told me that she would be a customer for life. This made my heart feel sad that she had been turned down by other coffee providers just because she was not a business and could not buy large quantities of the products that she was looking for but this also made me realized that if I had never started this company for that very reason, Estelle would still have nowhere to purchase her favorite coffee. I knew that even if I never received another order, Estelle would be a lifelong customer. She only orders coffee once a year and if she never orders again, I still will not ever forget her. She made me realize that I had started this company for the right reason. So here I am and have been here now since 1989 and still going strong. Being a small business owner and a woman can be trying at times but I love what I do. We have over 300 hundred customers that drink our coffee daily (Sunbelt) and we hope that you will too.
