I have been a coffee drinker for over 40 years and I like my coffee black, no cream and sugar. I use to drink Maxwell House till I found SUNBELT. SUNBELT is so good I could not believe the difference in the flavor.

I not only drink SUNBELT COFFEE for its' taste, I also drink it because it doesn't give me the shakes, the jitters like Maxwell House use to do, it also does not leave a bitter taste in my mouth no matter how much I drink. I could go on but they only ask for a few words.

Where the prices to high or to low on your products?
I thought they were a little high, but I expected that for online ordering
Everything was explained and I used my credit card How was the quality of customer service? Debra was absolutely wonderful. She helped me make my purchases and suggested items for me.

How are the product or items that you purchase?
The Bunn and the Sunbelt coffee are a perfect couple. The only problem I have is cosmetic damage to the base of the coffee maker. The right front corner is missing a piece about 1 1/2" long and the same on the side.

Will you be placing another order with us?
Yes I will be ordering more coffee.

Your own comments. I have the magnet cards on my fridge next to my coffee maker. I like that idea so I don't have to go hunting for the card when it's time to reorder

REORDER A GRINDER:
I stopped the shipment of the grinder because I did not know if you still wanted it or you wanted to get one of the others. Sense we did not know if it was going to work or not. I did not want you to get something that was not going to work. If you still want that one it will be shipped. I have it on the desk in the warehouse and I told him he would know in the morning whether to ship it or not.

Well I have to be honest with you. I got the grinder today. I am disappointed. It is not a cappuccino grinder. It is a coffee grinder. I have read the entire instruction manual and there is no mention of cappuccino or espresso. I guess I'm stuck with it though cause I have no way to send it back. I can't afford the postage nor do I have a way to the post office. So---I will pay the $32 for something I have no use for.
So much for online shopping. Charlotte P. S. I think you know I'm not real impressed with Sunbelt Coffee. The first shipment came broken and the second is something I can't use.

I am sorry that the grinder is not of your satisfaction. But I too read the instruction and it said was the is was for drip, peculator and espresso and it has direction on how long to leave it on for certain grinds consistence. But that is ok.

Would you like the machines picked up for return with a full refund of both machines?
If do not want it I can see what I can do to get it returned. My driver should be in Akron some time this week and I will see if he can stop by your house and pick it up and you will be receiving a refund for the full purchase price of the machine. As for the coffee machine you will get a discount on your next order, but if you would like the coffee machine returned that can be arranged also and you can use one of our coffee machine free of charge as long as you buy coffee.

Please let me know so that I can make arrangements for pickup. We aim to please.

WOW!! It makes wonderful coffee. I am really happy with the Bunn and the coffee. I just had a cup of cappuccino!! Man was it good!!! As far as the coffee goes --- well, it is wonderful. It is so smooth. I have made a pot of coffee every morning since I got the Bunn coffee maker. I think it is even better than Dunkin Donuts coffee, and I have been drinking that for years. Whenever my friends want me to meet them for coffee, I tell them to come here for coffee. They even agree that it is the best coffee they have ever had. I will definitely be ordering more soon.
