Thanks for checking back with me. The cup warmer that I ordered was delivered promptly, but it doesn't serve my purpose.
I'm looking for a cup warmer that will keep the coffee HOT, not just medium warm.
I believe you also offer a Melitta model. If it heats to a higher temperature, I would like to exchange the Westinghouse item I have for the Melitta.
It seems like you're really keen on customer service, so I hope you'll be able to resolve this issue.

I am not sure whether or not it will keep the coffee hot. It says it does.
It is a better unit than the Westinghouse.
If you would like to send it back you can. Just send to my attn: Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service, 130 Taft Ave. Elyria, Ohio 44035-3546 and I will send you an e-bill for the difference and get the new one out to you as soon as the Westinghouse is back and has been checked for reselling.
Once you get the Melitta make sure you let me know which you like better and why and if it does keep your coffee hotter, OK.
Customer Service is what keeps a company running and without it how will you know what your customer thinks if you don't ask! ;8) I am here to provide a service and if I do not know if you like the service you may never come back. I love new customers but I like repeat customers too, this let's me know that I am doing something right. Even if they never buy any thing again maybe they will send a friend or two and then the friend will tell me that a friend sent them, then this is wonderful.
Don't get me started. I love to talk, especially about customer service.

If you don't mind could you tell how much better is Mr. Melitta than the hot spot 1-10 scale 1 being terrible and 10 being super fantastic.
Did the Hot Spot keep it warm enough to drink or just room temp?

Mr. M is a solid 9. Hot Spot should be called "Warm" Spot.

Got my order today (11/25/02)Mmmmmm. I origianlly selected Sunbelt Coffee for my home and office coffee needs because of the convenience. I mean, the only thing that would be the service and convenience easier is if you stopped over in the mornings and started the coffee pot!
But, after over a year of having coffee delivered to my door and enjoying all my International Foods favorites, and some of those plain jane regular coffees, too; it was time to experiement.
Well, after trying Sunbelt's own house blend, there is no other regular favorite in my house.

The coffee is strong but clean tasting. Its like the difference in purchasing a spice with up to 35% fillers (also known as plants, twigs, and bug parts) versus a pure, chemical free spice from a company like Watkins.
