Link Manager


I love it.

This is a conversation that I had with a friend of mine about Link Manager and since people have been asking me so much about it I thought I would put the conversation here so I could pass it on.

how much did this link software cost you?, no software, you download nothing.

I just upload my page if I want it done right now, if I am changing the page look and if I don't upload it myself they will upload my pages for me to my site within 8 hours.

LinksManager is FREE for the first 30 days. You will also be able to go to their partner site (LinkPartners) and request links from other members of link partners site and that is free. They also have one if you are a LinksManager customer for more link request that is also free

The reason I like it is:

LinksManager was designed to automate the following tasks:
Manage link categories, including add, modify, and delete
Manage links, including add, modify, and delete Rotate links pages alphabetically
Check for dead links
Check for link reciprocation on other websites
Send courtesy emails between webmasters swapping links
Search links
Import links site name, URL, and description only (LinksManager does not import email addresses)
Upload links pages automatically to the LinksManager user's server
Perform visual cosmetic changes to the LinksManager user's links pages
Create Top Links Lists to display the most popular links

EX: you added a link to the site, it notifies me that you have added a link. I go into the system, click on your url link, look over your site and click approved or disapprove and it adds your information that you put in to my links pages and sends you a e-mail of acceptance. I don't have to do anything else, but click approve or disapprove. It does the rest

It will go to your site find the link and let me know IF it's there or not.

I go into the site whether or not the link has been found and it lets me know if it was found and where. If it couldn't find it, it will let me know why it did not find it.

If the system can not find it (it only checks 250 page on a site) I will e-mail you where the link can be found.
So now I go into the system and put where the link is and it will check to see if it is there and up date it and it will not show your link on my site until it finds my link on your site or I go in and tell it where it is. Then within 24 hours your site will be listed, unless I upload my pages myself through ftp service through their site, with one click then it will show up right away.

EX: your e-mail, it notified me that the e-mail was wrong by sending me an e-mail telling me so.

It will check the link once every month or so to make sure that the link is still there and if not will let me know that the link has been moved or removed. If it still cannot find a link, I e-mail you for the exact page and input that information into the system and it will check that page from now on for my link. It will check up to 250 pages of your site for my link.

TO SETUP SYSTEM:
You go in and write your letters for approve and disapprove, delete and update, reminder and a few other things. Once setup, for example, if I wanted to send you a Reciprocal Link Reminder Email, all I have to do is click on Send Reciprocal Link Reminder Email and it would send an e-mail to you automatically with one click

When you added your link, you receive a e-mail from me, that was an automatic e-mail that I had already put in the system. , If you where disapproved all I have to do is click disapproved and you would have received another automatic e-mail. If you are deleted all I have to do is click delete and it will automatic send out another automatic e-mail and also delete you from the links pages, with one click

It is all automated. You enter your information, I approve or disapprove it, it sends an e-mail and also adds it to my link pages by ftp automatically. They have so much in there. I am still learning the system and have been with them for months. I wish I would have found them years ago and I would not have so many pages for links and not know whether or not my links are still on these other sites or not.

You can have just links and or banners if you wish. You set it up the way you want it to look (still working on that) the way the rest of your site looks
