Shipping depend on shipping address and the weight of the item(s). Yes, we do ship to APO, FPO, and international address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). Please Note: There may be a delay in shipping by USPS method since we have to physically drop off the packages at a Postal Office. May I track a package shipped to APO or an international address? USPS doesn't provide online tracking to APO, FPO, or international How long does it take to receive my package with an APO or international address? There may be a delay in shipping by USPS method since we have to physically drop off the packages at a Postal Office. The delivery time by USPS to APO/FPO, and international addresses vary and it is out of our control. Sometimes, we have experienced delays up to 8 weeks on shipments to military, APO, and international address due to current events and increased security. We cannot guarantee delivery of APO/FPO or International shipments (We do are best by giving you a tracking number if possible so that you can contact the postal service. Your tracking number gives you the time and Post Office where the package was shipped from) and no refunds will be given on lost or damaged shipments (PLEASE CONTACT USPS). It is the customers responsibility to make sure that any product ordered is legal in your country. Any order confiscated is the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to know your countries policies on importing products. If a product is returned to Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service by your country, we will refund the cost of the product if not damaged, minus 25% restocking fee, WE WILL NOT REFUND cost of shipping. If product is damaged, there will be not refund of any kind Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes due on shipments. If customer refuses to take delivery on an order, they are still responsible for all charges incurred from the order. Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service reserves the right not to ship to any particular country due to custom laws and regulations. We WILL ask for extra information to verify you are the credit card holder. This is for your own protection. We do not ship any orders C.O.D. Canceling an Order If you would like to cancel an order, ALL order must be cancelled no later than 46 HOURS after the order has been placed. No exceptions. We do not want to lose your business. Return Policy All Policy are subject to change without notice. Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded. If not returned in 14 days of receipt or made arrangement to do so, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION All returns will receive a full refund of purchase price minus 25% restocking fee if in resalable condition, if not no refund will be given. You will be notified when the item has been return to stock, then and only then will the refund be refunded and within 45 - 60 days. If returning a non-working product we will replace the item at no additional charge to you. If we find that the product is indeed working you will be charged a $10.00 service fee and the cost of shipping the product back to you.If you do not want the product you will still be charged the service fee and the 25% restocking fee. (Coffee) If you are not satisfied with our product (SUNBELT COFFEE) (after the first package) please return all unopened remaining products and you will receive a full refund minus 25% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Customize mugs can not be returned IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, you must have proof, USPS/UPS requires that YOU file your own claim Please, please don't throw the packaging away. Please report it to the postal service of which it came through for more information, then send that proof of claim to us by mail (above address) or fax to 877-621-5469 for replacement and instructions. Chargeback Policy We will be notified by our credit card merchant (2checkout) if this occurs. We will in turn contact you. If you happen to forget that you placed an order with Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service and you call your credit card company and have them remove the charge from your credit card for the purchase that you made from us, you will be charged 165% of the amount of the order. We will send you an e-bill from our other credit card merchant (Paypal) for all the charges you have incurred. $40.40 + 165%= $107.06 This fee includes the cost of the order, the charge back fees that we incurred, the man hours to take care of this problem and the process in wish we must go through to get this matter straighten out. If and when your credit card service reverses this charge, we will then in turn refund your money for the order ONLY. Once you receive our notice you MUST take care of payment within 24 hours. If you do not take care of this matter within the allotted time we will pass this on to our attorneys and put you on a none paying customer list with all of our associates. Check Policy: If your check does not clear the bank, you will be charged 165% of the amount of the order.
