PurJava Coffee Cheese Cake Easy, sinful, decadent dessert 1 ounce PurJava, liquid coffee concentrate 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup mini chocolate chips 1 chocolate cookie crust Mix PurJava, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Coffee Parfait This is a great dish to serve when you want to impress somebody. Just don’t let on that it is so easy to make. 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) cornstarch (cornflour) 3/4 cup (180 ml) sugar A pinch of salt 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) milk 2 egg yolks, beaten 2 Tablespoons PurJava Honduran Coffee 3/4 cup (180 ml) water 1 1/2 cup (375 ml) whipping cream Additional whipped cream for topping Ground cinnamon Combine all ingredients except for the whipping cream in a saucepan and hold over another pot of simmering water. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and coats the back f a spoon. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Whip the cream until it is light but not stiff and fold into the coffee mixture. Serve in parfait cups or stemmed wine glasses and top with additional whipped cream and a light dusting of cinnamon. Serves 4 to 6. Chocolate Covered Cherry Coffee 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup 1 teaspoon cherry syrup 1/2 Tablespoon PurJava coffee concentrate 8 ounces hot water Mix well and serve. Ice Mocha 1 Tablespoon PurJava,liquid coffee concentrate Honduran Dark Roast 2/3 cup cold water 1/3 cup 2% milk 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup 1 tablespoon sugar Mix well, pour over ice. |
